Course Overview

The course also provides practical guidance on how to signpost employees appropriately and navigate each stage of the complaints process with clarity and professionalism.


Following the completion of this course, each participant will have:

  • Knowledge of legislation surrounding bullying in the workplace
  • Understanding how to signpost employees in resolving complaints under the Dignity at Work procedure.
  • Have a good understanding of the role and responsibilities of a contact person and nominated person. 
  • A greater understanding of the meaning of bullying, harassment, and sexual harassment.
